This position requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. - Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities. - Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency. - Monitor financial performance against benchmarks and industry standards, identifying trends and areas for improvement. - Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. - Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives, providing analytical support as needed. - Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline processes. - Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel and financial software tools. - In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
