Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and assist with tax-related documentation.
Audit Support: Prepare documentation and assist auditors during internal and external audits.
Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes (Full Command on Tally).
Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices to clients or customers and ensure timely receipt of payments.

Full description

We are looking for Account Executive (Freshers) for our existing team with good understanding of Tally, GST, PF, ESI is required. Immediate Joiner Roles and Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and assist with tax-related documentation. Audit Support: Prepare documentation and assist auditors during internal and external audits. Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial (Full Command on Tally) Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices to clients or customers and ensure timely receipt of payments. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Expense Management: Track and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. Requirement: Education – BBA(Finance), MBA(Finance), B.com, M.com Basic knowledge of Accounts GST knowledge Can work on Tally (Mandatory) PF / ESIC / TDS knowledge Good problem solving skills. Good communication skills.
