Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Python applications. - Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Implement automated testing and deployment processes to improve software quality. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into development processes. - Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives. - Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications. Required Skills: - Proficient in Python programming and frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. - Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
