Job Description – Manual Test Engineer Location: Gurgaon Experience Required: 4–5 Years About the Role We are looking to hire an experienced Manual Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional testing, test case creation, defect management, and hands-on experience in multiple testing methodologies. Candidates with solid analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are preferred. Key Responsibilities • Perform Functional Testing of applications as per defined requirements. • Design, document, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios. • Identify, log, track, and verify defects using standard defect-tracking tools. • Conduct thorough Requirement Analysis and Validation to ensure complete test coverage. • Apply Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) and Equivalence Partitioning (EP) techniques during test design. • Execute Regression Testing to ensure stability of the application after changes. • Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users. • Perform Exploratory Testing to uncover defects not covered by scripted tests. • Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
