Role Summary
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and a trusted partner to employees, driving people practices that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. The role requires strong experience in partnering with leadership teams in regulated and fast-paced environments such as banking, BFSI, fintech, and B2B sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals, workforce plans, and growth priorities.
Drive workforce planning, role design, succession planning, and talent mapping for key business functions.
Support performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and calibration.
Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Coach managers on leadership capability, performance improvement, employee engagement, and communication effectiveness.
Partner with TA teams and business leaders on hiring strategy, critical role closures, and onboarding effectiveness.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building programs, pulse checks, and retention actions.
Support compensation reviews, promotions, reward programs, and benchmarking exercises.
Ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and organizational processes, especially in regulated business environments.
Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring quality, performance trends, and engagement data to recommend action plans.
Required Experience
6 to 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
Prior experience in Banking, BFSI, NBFC, Fintech, or B2B / SaaS organizations preferred.
Strong exposure to employee relations, performance management, talent management, and stakeholder partnering.
Experience supporting business leaders and managing HR interventions in fast-scaling or regulated setups.
