Job Title: Associate Product Manager Location: Remote (India) Experience Required: 2-4 years About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of product strategies that align with our company’s vision and customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior product managers to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. - Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers. - Assist in creating user stories and acceptance criteria for product features. - Coordinate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure timely product launches. - Monitor product performance metrics and gather user feedback for continuous improvement. - Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Support the development of product documentation, including user guides and release notes. - Help manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategies. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana). - Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
