JOB TITLE: Loan Sales Executive COMPANY: My Money Mantra (RKPL) DEPARTMENT: Loan Department (Personal Loan / Home Loan / LAP) LOCATION: As per business requirement EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time AGE REQUIREMENT: 25–35 Years OPEN POSITIONS: 15 EXPERIENCE: Fresher / Experienced SALARY - Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month - Experienced: Salary depends on loan sales experience JOB DESCRIPTION We are hiring Loan Sales Executives to promote and sell loan products including Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Loans Against Property. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead conversion, and customer relationship management. Candidates will work closely with customers and financial institutions to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Sell loan products through calls and follow-ups - Explain loan eligibility, documentation, and process - Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for approvals - Achieve assigned sales targets - Handle customer queries and resolve issues - Maintain proper records and follow-ups SKILLS REQUIRED - Communication and negotiation skills - Basic understanding of loans - Customer handling - Sales orientation - MS Excel and internet usage ELIGIBILITY - Graduate / Undergraduate / 12th Pass - Banking or finance experience is an advantage
