JOB TITLE: Insurance Sales Executive COMPANY: My Money Mantra (RKPL) DEPARTMENT: Insurance Sales (Life / Health / General Insurance) LOCATION: As per business requirement EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time AGE REQUIREMENT: 25–35 Years OPEN POSITIONS: 10 EXPERIENCE: Fresher / Experienced SALARY - Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month - Experienced: Salary based on insurance sales experience JOB DESCRIPTION My Money Mantra is looking for Insurance Sales Executives to promote and sell insurance products to customers. This role involves customer interaction, need analysis, and policy conversion while ensuring customer satisfaction. The position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with sales calls and want to build a career in insurance and financial services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Sell insurance products through outbound calls - Understand customer needs and suggest suitable policies - Explain policy benefits, premiums, and coverage - Achieve sales targets and conversion goals - Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups - Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance SKILLS REQUIRED - Communication skills - Sales and persuasion skills - Customer service orientation - Basic financial understanding - Time management ELIGIBILITY - 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream) - Fresher or experience in insurance/finance preferred
