JOB TITLE: Credit Card Sales Executive COMPANY: My Money Mantra (RKPL) DEPARTMENT: Credit Card Sales LOCATION: As per business requirement EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time AGE REQUIREMENT: 25–35 Years OPEN POSITIONS: 10 EXPERIENCE: Fresher / Experienced SALARY - Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month - Experienced: Salary based on relevant experience and performance JOB DESCRIPTION My Money Mantra is hiring Credit Card Sales Executives to promote and sell credit card products of leading banks and financial institutions. This role involves outbound and inbound sales, customer interaction, and guiding customers through the credit card application process. Candidates will communicate with customers over calls, explain product features, understand customer needs, and ensure smooth application processing while meeting sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Sell credit card products through outbound/inbound calls - Explain card features, benefits, and eligibility to customers - Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets - Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details - Coordinate with banks and internal teams for application processing SKILLS REQUIRED - Good communication skills - Sales and convincing ability - Customer handling - Basic computer knowledge - Target-oriented mindset ELIGIBILITY - 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream) - Fresher or experience in sales/finance preferred
