Job Title: Junior Agentic AI Engineer Location: Remote (India) Experience Required: 1-3 years About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and innovative Junior Agentic AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of intelligent systems that enhance user interaction and automate decision-making processes. You will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to design, build, and deploy AI models that drive our product offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the design and development of agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks and make decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs for AI-driven features. - Implement machine learning algorithms and models using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure optimal performance. - Participate in the testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and accuracy. - Document processes, methodologies, and findings to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies. - Provide support in troubleshooting and optimizing existing AI systems. - Assist in preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and project status to stakeholders. Required Skills: - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. - Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms. - Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn). - Basic knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and reinforcement learning. - Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
