A Day in the Life
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, Django, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate closely with product managers, other engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.
Develop efficient and optimized APIs and microservices to support various frontend applications and external integrations.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
1-3 years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on Python, FastAPI, Django, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and other relevant backend technologies.
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning SLMs, Frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Autogen (at least one is a must), Vector DBs.
Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Experience with message queues, caching mechanisms, and other backend optimization techniques.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and integrating APIs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-quality software solutions within deadlines.
