Job Title: Associate Product Manager Location: Remote (India) Experience Required: 2 years About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, enhance user experience, and support the product lifecycle from conception to launch. You will play a key role in understanding market needs, defining product requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of features that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in defining product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-centric product designs and prototypes. - Write clear and detailed product requirements and user stories for development teams. - Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and updates. - Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future iterations. - Support the product launch process, including marketing and sales enablement activities. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines. - Assist in the creation of product documentation and training materials for internal teams. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle. - Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for performance tracking. Good to Have Skills: - Familiarity with user experience design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). - Experience in conducting user interviews and usability testing. - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
