Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features and products. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the AI landscape. - Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure alignment with user needs. - Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes. - Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform ongoing improvements. - Support the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch analysis. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Assist in developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning. - Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in product development. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
