We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent sourcing. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with quality candidates for jobs listed on our platform while gaining exposure to the startup ecosystem. 2. Responsibilities Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Coordinate with candidates and manage initial communication Maintain candidate data and track progress Work closely with the team to understand hiring needs Ensure a strong pipeline of quality candidates 3.
