Job Title: Backend Developer Location: Remote (India) Experience Required: 5 years About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications and services. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems. - Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end applications. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. - Maintain code quality, organization, and automation through best practices. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into the development process. - Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Required Skills: - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js. - Strong experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). - Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. - Understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
