Senior Manager – Sanctions Screening Operations. 📍 Locations: Pune / Mumbai 🕒 Shifts: US Shifts 📅 Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs 🏢 Work Mode: 100% Work from Office 💰 CTC: Up to ₹26 LPA (Maximum 30% hike on current compensation) A Fortune 500 global insurance organization is looking to hire an experienced Senior Manager – Sanctions Screening Operations to lead large-scale Financial Crime / Sanctions Screening teams in a global delivery environment. This is a senior leadership role for professionals currently managing high-volume sanctions screening operations within MNC Insurance or Banking organizations. 🔹 Role Overview The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end sanctions screening operations, leading large teams, driving operational metrics, and ensuring compliance excellence in a high-performance environment. 🔹 Key Requirements ✔️ 15+ years of overall experience ✔️ 4–5 years of managerial experience in Sanctions Screening / Financial Crime operations ✔️ Experience with MNC Insurance or Banking organizations (mandatory) ✔️ Currently designated as Manager or a tenured Deputy Manager ✔️ Span of control: Minimum 100+ FTEs ✔️ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills ✔️ Experience managing operational KPIs and performance governance ⚠️ Profiles with predominantly KYC / AML-only experience will not be considered 🔹 Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage large Sanctions Screening operations teams * Drive operational metrics including Attrition, Shrinkage, SLA Adherence, Productivity, and Quality * Ensure compliance with global financial crime regulations and internal controls * Manage client and stakeholder escalations * Lead performance management, coaching, and capability building initiatives * Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
