This role is ideal for WFM professionals from international BPO environments who bring strong analytical capability in forecasting and capacity planning and are ready to take on a high-impact position supporting large-scale global operations. 🔹 Role Overview The Senior Analyst will own and deliver end-to-end forecasting, capacity planning, and performance reporting, working closely with operations leadership to ensure optimal staffing, productivity, and service delivery. 🔹 Key Requirements ✔️ 4+ years of WFM experience in an International BPO ✔️ Mandatory hands-on experience in end-to-end forecasting ✔️ Strong expertise in capacity planning ✔️ Advanced Excel and reporting skills ✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities ✔️ Willingness to work US shifts and 100% work from office 🔹 Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage volume forecasts and staffing models • Drive short-term and long-term capacity planning • Deliver WFM dashboards and insights for leadership • Partner with operations teams to optimize productivity • Analyze trends, seasonality, and demand drivers • Support SLA adherence and workforce efficiency initiatives This is a strong opportunity to work with a globally respected Fortune 500 organization, offering visibility, learning, and long-term career progression.
