US Healthcare Operations 📍 Location: Pune 💰 CTC: Up to ₹26 LPA (Maximum 35% hike on current CTC) 🕒 Shifts: Night / Afternoon Shifts 🏠 Work Model: Hybrid (3 Weeks Work from Home | 1 Week Work from Office) This role is ideal for seasoned operations leaders with deep expertise in US Healthcare and Employee Benefits processes, along with strong leadership experience in MNC Insurance BPO / KPO environments. 🔹 Role Mandates ✔️ Minimum 13+ years of experience (on paper) ✔️ Current designation should be Manager or Senior Manager in an MNC Insurance BPO / KPO environment ✔️ Strong exposure to US Healthcare and Employee Benefits operations ✔️ Experience managing large teams (Span of control 100+ preferred) ✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ✔️ Willingness to work night / afternoon shifts in a hybrid model 🔹 Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage large US Healthcare operations teams * Drive operational KPIs including productivity, quality, SLA adherence, attrition control, and process improvements * Partner with global stakeholders to ensure service excellence * Develop team capability through coaching and performance management * Deliver operational reporting and insights to leadership * Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
