This is a critical operational role requiring strong expertise in aviation crew management, compliance, and people leadership. 🔹 Brief About the Role The Manager – Crew Tracking will oversee daily crew management and roster execution, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient utilization of flight crew while maintaining high operational standards and crew satisfaction. This role works closely with Planning, Pre-Ops, Training, OCC, and Operations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end crew deployment and rapid resolution of operational challenges. 🔹 Key Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day crew tracking and roster execution • Monitor compliance with FDTL, regulatory, and organizational requirements • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ crew management professionals • Work on crew management systems and rostering tools for updates and optimization • Analyze daily crew deployment to improve utilization and operational efficiency • Prepare MIS, dashboards, and reports for leadership review • Drive timely resolution of operational issues while maintaining crew satisfaction • Collaborate with Planning, Pre-Ops, Training, and Operations for seamless execution 🔹 Candidate Requirements ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, People Management, or related fields ✔️ Post-graduation (completed or pursuing) is an added advantage ✔️ Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in aviation crew management / crew operations ✔️ Hands-on experience with crew management systems, rostering tools, and data handling ✔️ Proven experience managing a team of 10+ professionals ✔️ Exposure to aviation compliance and regulatory frameworks
