This is a senior leadership opportunity for professionals currently managing large delivery teams in MNC insurance environments, with strong operational governance and people leadership expertise. 🔹 Role Overview The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end P&C claims operations, driving performance metrics, leading large teams, and ensuring service excellence in a high-volume global delivery environment. 🔹 Key Requirements ✔️ 12+ years of overall experience ✔️ 4–5 years of experience managing Property & Casualty Claims Operations ✔️ Currently designated as a Manager or a tenured Deputy Manager ✔️ Mandatory experience with MNC Insurance organizations ✔️ Span of control: Minimum 100+ FTEs ✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ✔️ Experience managing operational KPIs and team performance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage large teams handling P&C claims operations * Drive operational metrics including Attrition Control, Shrinkage, SLA Adherence, Productivity, and Quality * Ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence * Lead performance management, coaching, and capability building * Manage escalations and stakeholder communication * Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
