Deputy Manager – Global Compensation (GHRSS). 📍 Location: Bangalore 🕒 Working Hours: UK Shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) 🏠 Work Model: Hybrid (1 Week Work from Office | 3 Weeks Work from Home – Subject to business requirements) 💰 CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA (Maximum 35% hike on current CTC) Deputy Manager – Global Compensation within the Global HR Shared Services (GHRSS) function. This is a strategic opportunity for compensation professionals with strong experience in global compensation frameworks, benchmarking, and HR analytics, along with proven people management capability. 🔹 Role Summary As part of the Total Rewards team, the incumbent will contribute to the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and global job architecture standards. The role involves working closely with HR leadership across geographies to support compensation decision-making and policy execution. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Compensation Analysis & Program Support * Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analysis using survey data and internal benchmarks * Participate in salary surveys and compensation benchmarking initiatives * Support implementation of compensation and reward programs * Perform analytical reporting related to bonus programs and compensation initiatives 🔹 Job Architecture & Data Management * Manage and maintain the job architecture framework * Ensure accurate creation of new roles within HR systems * Maintain job inventory including classification, costing, and regulatory attributes * Support stock administration reporting and compensation platforms Stakeholder Consultation * Provide guidance to HR stakeholders on salary recommendations for hires, promotions, and role changes * Ensure alignment with compensation policies and governance frameworks Team Management * Lead and manage team members with end-to-end people management responsibility 🔹 Eligibility Criteria ✔️ 8+ years of experience in Global Compensation / Total Rewards ✔️ Minimum 2 years of people management experience ✔️ Strong expertise in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation analytics ✔️ Experience with HRIS / compensation databases ✔️ Excellent analytical and communication skills ✔️ Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders 🔹 Role Highlights ✅ Work with a Fortune 500 global organization ✅ Strategic exposure to global compensation frameworks ✅ Hybrid work flexibility ✅ High-impact role within HR leadership ecosystem ✅ Competitive compensation package
