A Fortune 500 global insurance leader is looking to onboard a senior Associate Vice President – Operations Management to drive large-scale Global Insurance Broking operations across India. This is a strategic leadership role for professionals with strong exposure to Property & Casualty (P&C) / Employee Benefits, coupled with deep operational expertise in Global Insurance Broking environments. 🔹 Key Requirements ✔️ Minimum 15+ years of operations experience ✔️ At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within Insurance / Financial Services ✔️ Proven experience in Global Insurance Broking operations ✔️ Exposure to the Indian insurance industry (even at an earlier career stage) ✔️ Strong background in P&C / Employee Benefits operations ✔️ Exceptional communication & executive stakeholder management skills. 🔹 Key Responsibilities * End-to-end Operational Management of broking operations • Leadership & Team Management of large cross-functional teams • Strategic Planning & Execution aligned to global objectives • Oversight of Risk, Compliance & Governance frameworks • Drive Technology integration and operational innovation • Financial oversight, cost optimization & budgeting • Strengthen Client relationships & service excellence standards • Deliver executive-level reporting & performance analytics.
