Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – US Healthcare Operations. 📍 Location: Pune 💰 CTC: Up to ₹16 LPA (Maximum 35% hike on current CTC) 🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office. A Fortune 500 global insurance organization to hire Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers – US Healthcare Operations for its operations hub in Pune. This opportunity is ideal for operations leaders with strong experience managing US healthcare processes, along with proven people management and stakeholder handling capabilities. 🔹 Role Mandates ✔️ Minimum 7+ years of overall experience ✔️ 2–3 years of experience in US Healthcare operations (mandatory) ✔️ Current designation should be Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Team Leader / Team Manager ✔️ Strong operations knowledge and people management experience ✔️ Exceptional communication skills ⚠️ Profiles with Medical Coding or AR Calling experience will not be considered. 🔹 Key Expectations * Manage and lead teams delivering US healthcare operations * Drive operational KPIs including productivity, quality, and SLA adherence * Lead performance management, coaching, and team development * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence * Drive operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.
