Analyst & Senior Analyst – Talent Consulting 📍 Locations: Bangalore | Pune | Gurugram 🕒 Shifts: UK / US (depending on project) – Cab Facility Provided 🏠 Work Model: Hybrid (1 Week Work from Office | 3 Weeks Work from Home) 💰 Compensation: * Analyst: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (2–4 years experience) * Senior Analyst: Up to ₹8.5 LPA (4–7 years experience) (Maximum 35% hike on current CTC) A Fortune 500 global insurance organization to hire Analysts and Senior Analysts – Talent Consulting with strong exposure to Talent Analytics and Compensation Analytics within the HR domain. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on global HR analytics projects, enabling data-driven talent and compensation insights for large-scale organizations. 🔹 Role Summary The role focuses on delivering analytics-driven insights for talent and compensation programs, building dashboards, and supporting HR leadership with data-backed decision-making. 🔹 Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain end-to-end dashboards including reporting, publishing, and forecasting * Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards to track KPIs related to talent and compensation analytics * Use advanced Excel to create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and data visualizations * Work with Power BI / Tableau to deliver insights for HR stakeholders (preferred) * Analyze workforce and compensation data to support strategic HR initiatives 🔹 Key Requirements ✔️ 2–4 years experience for Analyst – Talent Consulting ✔️ 4–7 years experience for Senior Analyst – Talent Consulting ✔️ Experience in Compensation Analytics or Talent Analytics within HR domain ✔️ Strong Excel skills and data visualization capabilities ✔️ Exposure to Power BI or Tableau preferred ✔️ Graduates with exceptional communication skills
