Team: HireDesigners, talent ops core Role summary: You will support the Talent Intelligence and Sourcing Lead in building a high quality candidate pipeline. This is a learning heavy role with real outcomes. What you will do: You will research roles and skills, map target companies and profiles, support sourcing lists, and help keep the database accurate and updated. You will tag profiles, validate portfolios, note availability, salary expectations, and location constraints with discipline. What you will learn: How premium hiring works, how search and sourcing actually wins, and how to evaluate candidate signals beyond resumes. What you must be good at: Detail, speed, curiosity, and clean documentation. Good to have: Comfort with portfolios, design disciplines, and basic research skills. What success looks like in 60 to 90 days: You are reliably producing clean, usable sourcing outputs that reduce recruiter workload and improve shortlist quality.
