Team: HireDesigners, cross functional growth Role summary: You will support both relationship led marketing and recruiting operations. This is for someone who wants broad exposure and can handle fast switching contexts. What you will do: You will support outreach lists, follow up trackers, meeting coordination, and basic CRM hygiene. You will assist recruiters with scheduling, candidate communications, and maintaining pipeline cleanliness. You will support events, community touchpoints, and simple research tasks that unlock faster conversions. What you will learn: How services growth works, how hiring pipelines run, and how relationships convert into revenue and outcomes. What you must be good at: Responsiveness, organisation, communication, and follow through. Good to have: Comfort with calls, extroverted energy, and ability to represent the brand politely and confidently. What success looks like in 60 to 90 days: Clean trackers, faster follow ups, fewer misses, and visible operational relief for the team.
