Team: HireDesigners, brand and growth Role summary: You will support content creation and SEO execution to grow inbound visibility, authority, and lead quality. This is not about posting random content. It is about building a structured content engine. What you will do: You will research topics, keywords, and search intent around hiring, design careers, design salaries, portfolios, and recruitment. You will support writing drafts, editing, formatting, and publishing workflows. You will update old pages, improve on page SEO, write metadata, and support basic reporting. What you will learn: How authority content is planned, how SEO compounds, and how content ties to business outcomes. What you must be good at: Writing clarity, research discipline, and consistency. Good to have: Familiarity with SEO basics, Google Search Console, and content workflows. What success looks like in 60 to 90 days: A consistent publishing cadence, improved content quality, and measurable uplift on selected pages or keywords.
