Team: HireDesigners, community led brand and partnerships
Role summary: You will build and run communities that create long term trust. This includes events, college relationships, partner relationships, and consistent engagement before and after each activity.
What you will do: You will plan small and mid size in person events, coordinate venues, speakers, partnerships, and attendee experiences. You will manage invites, confirmations, logistics, and on ground execution. You will do pre event outreach and post event follow ups, capture learnings, and keep the community active.
College relationships: You will talk to colleges, deans, and placement teams. You will pitch relevant collaboration ideas, workshops, and ecosystem programs, and coordinate delivery with internal teams.
Community growth: You will maintain WhatsApp or similar groups, keep conversations healthy, and create a culture of value, not spam.
What you must be good at: Execution, coordination, communication, and comfort with running around. You should like people, events, and real world operations.
Good to have: Experience in community building, events, partnerships, or campus programs.
What success looks like in 90 days: Two to three well executed events or activations, stronger college pipeline, better community engagement, and a repeatable events playbook.
Tools and working style: Calendars, checklists, vendor coordination, follow ups, and weekly operating rhythm.
