JOB DESCRIPTION Conducting competitor research. Working on Lead profiling. Data Management on CRM. Carrying out User Research Interviews (Voice of Customer research). Setting up Customer feedback channels Compilation of Customer success stories Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Docs Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Sheets, Google Docs) Good level of proficiency in English & Hindi. High energy & ownership of work on display. Any prior experience in Account Management would be a plus (not mandatory).
