About the Role:
We are looking for a Test Automation Lead to drive automation strategy, build scalable frameworks, and lead QA initiatives across web, API, backend, and cloud platforms in an Agile/DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Define automation strategy and lead the QA automation team.
Design and implement automation solutions for web, API, backend, SOA and ETL systems.
Build and maintain automation frameworks (Keyword, Hybrid, Data Driven, BDD, TDD).
Develop automated test suites for unit, integration and end-to-end testing.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and manage sprint testing cycles.
Collaborate with Dev, Product and DevOps teams to ensure quality across SDLC.
Work with cloud platforms and containerized environments.
Drive quality metrics, reporting and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in automation requirement gathering and team leadership.
Expertise in full-stack QA and enterprise test automation architecture.
Strong Java programming and hands-on Selenium, Cucumber, REST/SOAP testing.
Experience with TestNG, REST Assured, Postman, Appium, Jira, HP ALM, Locust.
Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, ANT, Docker.
Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes and monitoring tools.
Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
