Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Analyst who will work closely with the product, engineering, and business teams to drive data-informed decisions. You will play a key role in analyzing product performance, generating actionable insights, identifying growth opportunities, and helping shape the product roadmap with data-backed recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
Product Performance Analysis:
Monitor key product metrics (KPIs) to understand user behavior, product usage, engagement, and retention.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics, set up A/B tests, and validate hypotheses.
User Journey Analysis:
Analyze user funnels, drop-offs, and friction points in the product to improve the user experience and conversion rates.
Experimentation & A/B Testing:
Design, implement, and analyze results from A/B tests to optimize features and validate new ideas.
Dashboarding & Reporting:
Build real-time dashboards and periodic reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar to share insights with stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, marketing, growth, and customer success teams to align product strategies with business objectives.
Data Modeling & Querying:
Write efficient SQL queries to extract and transform data from large datasets.
Market & Competitor Research:
Support product discovery with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback insights.
Requirements
Must-Have:
1–3 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets.
Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have:
Exposure to scripting languages (Python/R) for data analysis.
Experience working in fast-paced startups or digital product companies.
Understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Prior experience with mobile or consumer-facing products.
