Servicing Experiences Technology (SET) organization enhances Servicing Experiences by building smarter platforms with seamless automation and AI-driven insights—empowering Colleagues and Customers. As Associate Technical Project Management, the candidate shall :-
Facilitate Agile events that enable engineering teams to deliver value iteratively and predictably.
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and readiness, ensuring priorities are well-defined and aligned with team objectives.
Guide the team in meeting Program Increment (PI) objectives while driving continuous improvement in ways of working.
Proactively surface gaps, impediments, risks, and dependencies; ensure visibility and resolution through to completion.
Drive alignment on cross-team dependencies to enable seamless execution across GSCT initiatives.
Champion Agile and SAFe values by fostering collaboration and adaptability across teams.
Encourage diversity of thought by promoting an inclusive environment and open communication
Promote compliance with SDLC standards to ensure quality, consistency, and governance.
Inspire collaboration and quality practices across system architects, Agile teams, and product teams.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of team data within Agile management tools to support reliable reporting and insights.
Champion continuous learning to standardize practices and drive innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) and/or comparable experience Advanced degree preferred
Knowledge of technical challenges and systems design
PMI/Scrum Certification preferred
2+ years of technology delivery experience and project management with a demonstrated track record of growing responsibility.
Experience tracking iteration progress in Rally/Jira, issue resolution, and removing obstacles to ensure sprint/iteration commitments are met.
Experience partnering with Product Owners, core teams, and extended partners to build and prioritize the product backlog.
Experience in program delivery or project management, preferably within a technology-focused environment
Experience mentoring engineers to follow the Technology SDLC, embrace Agile values and practices, and continuously reflect and improve their delivery performance.
