JOB TITLE: Full Stack Architect & Product Owner COMPANY: AgentAnalytics.AI LOCATION: Hyderabad – T-Hub (Onsite / Hybrid) EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5–8 Years COMPENSATION: ₹22–35 LPA (Fixed) + Equity equivalent to ₹10L -₹20L at seed-stage valuation JOB DESCRIPTION Agent Analytics is building next-generation analytics and intelligence platforms focused on AI-driven decision making, agent performance insights, and enterprise-scale observability. We are looking for a senior-level Full Stack Architect who can also act as a Product Owner — someone who can build, own, and scale products end-to-end. In this role, you will take complete ownership of the Agent Analytics platform, from system architecture and engineering decisions to product roadmap execution and team mentorship. You will work closely with founders, customers, and internal stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, production-ready systems. This role is ideal for engineers with a founder mindset who enjoy architecting systems from scratch, leading teams, and driving product outcomes rather than just shipping features. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Architect and build end-to-end analytics platforms from scratch - Define product roadmap, feature specifications, and delivery timelines - Design scalable React-based frontend systems with modular architecture - Build backend services using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and Node.js - Own API design including REST and real-time WebSocket systems - Design scalable data models using MongoDB and PostgreSQL - Lead decisions on performance, scalability, and system reliability - Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, and security controls - Manage production deployments using Docker and AWS - Debug complex performance, reliability, and scaling issues - Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers - Drive product improvements using usage metrics and customer feedback SKILLS REQUIRED Frontend - Advanced React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Tailwind CSS - State management (Redux / Zustand / Context API) - Performance optimization and responsive UI design Backend - Python (FastAPI / Flask) - Node.js (Express.js) - REST APIs and WebSocket systems - Async and event-driven architectures Databases - MongoDB and PostgreSQL - Schema design, indexing, query optimization Cloud & DevOps - AWS (EC2, ECR, S3, CloudWatch) - Docker and CI/CD pipelines - Production monitoring and deployments System Design & Security - Distributed systems and API-first design - Caching, load handling, scalability trade-offs - Auth systems (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC) WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Strong ownership mindset from idea to scale - Ability to balance speed, quality, and future-proof design - Product thinking driven by user and business impact - Leadership and mentoring capability - Comfort working directly with founders and customers WHY AGENT ANALYTICS - Build a core AI-driven analytics product from the ground up - High ownership, high impact role - Direct influence on architecture, roadmap, and team culture - Competitive salary with meaningful equity upside - Long-term opportunity to build category-defining products
